When I made this quilt, I intended to have some pink blocks in there. But they didn't work and so I had a few spares hanging around. In fact I often have a few spare blocks, not being one to plan or measure much in advance. I cut these in half and stitched them back together and made these little pincushions. Suzy M, you may notice those buttons are your mother's.
